When will I get my order?
If you place your order before 12 PM on a weekday, we will ship your package on the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped the next business day. If you order on the weekend, we will ship your package on the following business day. If the day you order happens to be a public holiday, it may take an extra day for your package to arrive.

All packages sent with GLS are delivered to your nearest post office. The post office will provide you with a notification of where the package can be collected. Remember to bring your ID when collecting your package.
If the package is not collected from the post office, it will be returned to us after approximately 1 week.
DHL will usually deliver the package to a post office and require a signature upon handover of the package. DHL also sends a notification when the package has arrived and can be collected. Bring identification when collecting the package.
If you wish to make any changes to your delivery address or provide more information, please contact our customer service and we will be able to assist you further as much as we can.
