Terms and Conditions
  1. Our customer satisfaction guarantee is referred to below as "KNG" and can be applied to selected products found within our own sub-brands, such as Animigo.
  2. Our products are not designed to cure, treat, or prevent various types of medical conditions, illnesses, or ailments.
  3. If you have used or chosen to apply a discount, you will be refunded according to the discount provided for the offer in question.
  4. Please allow at least 10 business days for your refund or return to be processed.
  5. KNG applies to all products ordered directly on our websites or by phone through our customer service representatives. Our wholesalers or retailers are not obligated to offer the same type of service.
  6. Claims must be made by the end-user. Claims from our wholesale customers and/or retailers will not be validated.
  7. We will only refund the cost of the purchased products and not any applied delivery costs for either sending you the product(s) or for you to return the product in case of incorrect delivery.
  8. We cannot be held responsible for lost returns caused by the chosen shipping agent. We therefore recommend that you send back your goods via a trackable service to be able to follow the package's journey back to us.
  9. Our KNG does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to our terms and conditions.
  10. We offer refunds in accordance with the customer satisfaction guarantee relative to the recommended minimum period for which the product must be used. This means that if we recommend you take a product for at least 3 months, we will only offer a refund for 3 months. The same procedure applies to all products where we recommend use for 10-, 28-days and so on. The product must be used for at least 3 months unless otherwise stated.
  11. We only offer refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee once per year per customer.
  12. Any subsequent KNG claims for other products qualifying for KNG can only be refunded after the company's approval.
  13. Requests can only be initiated if the product has been used according to the enclosed product label.
  14. To initiate a KNG claim, you must send an email to info@animigo.se stating your order number and information on how you used the product in question, attaching any evidence of before and after use such as pictures and the like.
  15. In the event of a fraudulent KNG claim, we reserve the right to demand repayment of the amount paid to you together with compensation for any resulting losses.
  16. We reserve the right to change, update, or remove this KNG policy at any time, and you can visit this page regularly to understand any changes made to the policy. This policy was last updated on 08.2022.
